2. Walk Around Your Home
Using your smartphone camera, simply walk around your home and record each room.
Take your time and slowly move around the room so the camera can clearly see your furniture, appliances, boxes and other items that will need to be moved.
Remember to show:
• Sofas, chairs and tables
• Beds and bedroom furniture
• Wardrobes and cupboards
• TVs and other appliances
• Boxes and loose items
• Garden furniture and outdoor items
• Any large, fragile or specialist items
The AI uses the video to identify items from different angles, helping it understand their size and volume.
3. Cover Every Room
Work your way through your home room by room.
It's important that we can see everything you intend to take with you. If you're unsure whether something needs to be included, it's better to show it.
4. Submit Your Video
Once you've completed your walkthrough, simply submit your video.
That's it!
